Filó apresenta novo menu e reforça inspiração na cozinha mediterrânea oriental

Dos mesmos sócios do Benê Bar, o Filó, restaurante inaugurado no Baixo Pinheiros, em São Paulo, traz novos pratos assinados pela chef Fernanda Campagnoli, com referências árabes, gregas e turcas, além de diversas opções para compartilhar. Ideal para happy hour, a casa de esquina na Rua Ferreira de Araújo, tem varanda e mesinhas ao ar livre.

Para o centro da mesa, a novidade fica por conta do Pide de Abobrinha (R$ 38, similar à uma pizza ou grande esfirra recheada com abobrinha grelhada, queijo de cabra, hortelã e limão siciliano) e do Salmão ( R$ 44, cubos de salmão, coalhada seca, picles da casa, cebola roxa, dill, raspas de limão siciliano e zaatar). Entre os pratos principais, destacam-se os novos: Massa com Ratatouille (R$ 35, massa curta com legumes assados, raspa de laranja e farofa de pão); Pratão Vegano ( R$ 38, abobrinha, berinjela e cenoura greolhadas, tomate, tapenade de azeitona, shitale e salada de trigo); Bife com fritas ( R$ 55, entrecotê com fritas e molho de especiarias) e Salmão com arroz negro ( R$ 58, posta de salmão grelhada com salada de arroz negro, manga e castanhas). A novidade entre as sobremesas é o Malabie Filó (R$ 22, mistura de pudim de leite com manjar de coco, acompanhado de calda de damasco).

Responsável pela carta de drinques, o sócio Rodrigo assina a criação de cocktails autorais, também com influências do mediterrâneo oriental, como o drink de arak (R$ 27), com gin, arak, xarope de romã, tomilho, limão e aquafaba, e o Oasis (R$ 27), que traz rum Havana, xarope de zaatar, maracujá e manjericão. Também estão disponíveis cocktails e releituras, como o Portônica (R$ 28), com vinho do Porto, gin, limão e tônica, e o Tinto de Verano Filó (R$ 28), com Jerez, vinho tinto, gin, limão, laranja e tônica. Ainda há uma seleção de cervejas, caipirinhas e vinhos.

No almoço de segunda à sexta, o Filó tem menu executivo com preços mais acessíveis e pratos para cada dia da semana, como o Tagine com picadinho, arroz jasmim e farofa (R$ 34), servido às quartas e, às quintas, a Moussaka vegetariana (R$42) com abobrinha, berinjela, molho de tomate pedaçudo e fonduta de feta. Todas as opções acompanham saladinha da casa.
