Pesando 40 toneladas, o teto é formado por duas partes feitas de chapas de metal soldadas que foram pré-fabricadas fora do local e depois colocadas no lugar.
O telhado foi colocado em primeiro lugar para proteger o restante do processo de construção, incluindo o vazamento da base de concreto. As estruturas de aço com um design modular foram montadas embaixo, e as paredes, pisos, janelas e portas foram fixadas no lugar com 20.000 parafusos de aço.

A Le Corbusier projetou todos os detalhes do pavilhão até as maçanetas, incluindo uma maçaneta de bronze embutida na forma de ampulheta e maçanetas de madeira de carvalho em forma de nuvem nas portas de vidro.
