A residência entra no hall de propriedades milionárias do casal, que incluem a mansão de 31 milhões de libras (mais de 198 milhões de reais) e a casa deles em Cotswolds, avaliada em 6 milhões de libras (mais de 38,4 milhões de reais).
O prédio onde fica a nova cobertura dos Beckham tem mais de 230 metros de altura, um dos maiores da cidade, e tem apartamentos entre 5,9 e 21,8 milhões.
Segundo o tabloide The Sun, a cobertura conta com cinco quartos, uma piscina de luxo privativa e um heliponto. Além disso, tem spa, salão de beleza e uma área para banho de sol, além de uma visão panorâmica incrível. A decoração minimalista ficou a cargo de Victoria.
