Retomada do Fairmont Copacabana traz entretenimento e novo serviço de A&B
O Fairmont Copacabana, que reabriu em 1º de setembro com o selo AllSafe, certificação global criada pela AccorHotels também em parceria com o Bureau Veritas, está se esforçando não apenas para criar opções gastronômicas para levar visitantes a seus restaurantes como – e principalmente – criando opções sedutoras para que o hóspede da casa se sinta seguro para fazer todas as suas refeições ali mesmo.
Operando com 50% de sua capacidade, a unidade remodelou seus serviços de A&B. Além da redução de mesas no bar e restaurante, o room service passou a ser entregue em formato delivery. As refeições deixaram de ser empratadas e, agora, chegam em embalagens higienizadas. Além disso, o menu foi também foi reduzido. A ideia é oferecer mais segurança ao hóspede, preservando ainda mais os pratos na viagem entre a cozinha e o quarto.
O hotel de luxo vive uma retomada positiva, em números, e traz novidades aos hóspedes. Buscando elevar sua entrega e motivar turistas e cariocas a saírem de casa de maneira consciente, por isso, o empreendimento também está apostando forte em entretenimento, e recebeu neste fim de semana, o Fairmont Weekend, com as festas Baile da Favorita e Roda de Som marcando o retorno da empresária Carol Sampaio aos eventos, após a flexibilização da prefeitura.
Com a proximidade do verão, o Fairmont já começa a esquentar os ânimos com a realização de shows na área da piscina, seguindo os protocolos do selo AllSafe. “Estamos no segundo mês de operações pós-reabertura. O balanço é positivo, pois evoluímos muito entre setembro e outubro”, celebra Netto Moreira, gerente geral do hotel.
