Nasci para o empreendedorismo, possuo as principais características que um empresário necessita ter: sou otimista, criativo, independente e tenho espírito de liderança.
Me sinto à vontade para tomar decisões difíceis, adoro encarar desafios e sei aproveitar as oportunidades da vida.
Como você entrou para o meio artístico?
Na verdade nem eu sei exatamente como tudo isso aconteceu, rs, eu sempre tive boas relações com amigos influentes no meio, mas, o meu envolvimento com o Carnaval acredito que me ajudou muito.
Como foi o começo da sua carreira de empresário?
Sem dúvidas, ser empresário não é para qualquer um. É para quem tem capacidade de superar, inovar, persistir e não desistir. Estamos diante de novos tempos!
A minha trajetória até aqui não foi fácil, o inicio então nem sem fala, mas eu sempre acreditei em mim, acho que esse é o primeiro passo pra você seguir em frente. Tive muitas dificuldades, como ainda tenho até hoje, as portas não se abrem com tanta facilidade, confesso que sou bastante abençoado quanto a isso.
Como foi a transição entre o momento em que você organizava eventos / festas para os amigos e a profissionalização?
O grande diferencial dessa transição está na qualificação, seriedade e na metodologia empregada em todos os processos. Vivenciar todas as etapas e poder ver novos caminhos, com a orientação de profissionais, foram de suma importância na tomada de decisão de migrar de um organizador de eventos pessoais para o desafio de me tornar um empreendedor em um negócio próprio.
Quais qualidades você destaca em si próprio que permitiram esse sucesso?
A primeira coisa que eu faço antes de finalizar um projeto é me colocar sempre no lugar do convidado, pra ser um organizador de eventos de sucesso, primeiro é saber coordenar, gerenciar, planejar, captar, promover, realizar, administrar os recursos, e prestar serviços especializados para que os eventos aconteçam de uma forma agradável. Além de tudo manter sempre uma boa relação com os artistas, essa sintonia ajuda muito pra que um evento ou projeto tenha um bom resultado, o networking me ajudou bastante!
Como foi o trabalho no auge pandemia?
Durante a pandemia, portanto, é de se esperar, que o fazer artístico apresente as diferentes subjetividades daqueles que os produzem e , no auge da pandemia surgiram as lives, no meu caso foi a melhor coisa que me aconteceu , fui convidado pela Escola de Samba Acadêmicos do Salgueiro pra realizar o cenário de sua primeira live, dali em diante não parei mais de trabalhar, comecei a conhecer pessoas incríveis, tive a maior visibilidade no meio do samba.
Quais os próximos passos atuando como empresário?
Fazer o que eu amo mas, ao mesmo tempo, sair da zona de conforto, parece confuso, mas não é. Todos nós sabemos que temos mais disposição para fazermos aquilo que amamos, porque é estimulante, além disso, a felicidade contagia:
Se você gostar do que faz, isso irá transparecer para seus clientes, colaboradores e funcionários, e todos eles ficarão mais felizes e à vontade ao seu lado, mas não é possível focar apenas naquilo que você tem segurança para fazer, é preciso arriscar, sair da zona de conforto durante negociações e planos de investimento, em especial, é preciso ter a mente aberta e estar pronto para abraçar novas ideias.

Você realizou trabalhos na cidade de Búzios recentemente. Porque você acha que as pessoas deveriam conhecer a cidade?
O pôr do sol em Búzios é um espetáculo da natureza a parte, assistir o entardecer é ser presenteado com um momento inesquecível, sem contar sua gastronomia, a cidade abriga restaurantes com todo tipo de culinária e chefes premiados.
Búzios é uma península rodeada por praias, algumas das mais lindas do Brasil estão localizadas lá, a Orla Bardot é parecida com a Rua das Pedras mas tem uma vista linda para o mar, nela ficam os principais e melhores restaurantes do Centro! O passeio por essa rua não tem hora, seja de manhã para apreciar o visual, de tarde para almoçar e assistir o pôr do sol ou à noite para fazer compras e jantar em ambientes mais românticos, é um programa que você não pode deixar de conhece, eu amo esse lugar !
