Germany Martins, é coach com know-how na área de beleza, formado em LLONGUERAS e Pivot Point, desenvolveu trabalhos em países como: Angola, Argentina, Uruguai e Paraguai, participou de treinamentos em Lisboa, Paris e Espanha, consultor de vendas, educador e coordenador técnico na empresa L’Oréal.
* Germany, fala um pouco pra gente como foi esse período de pandemia em sua área.
Germany:
– Por todo o país, salões de beleza foram obrigados a fechar suas portas. os profissionais viram suas fontes de renda sumirem de um dia para o outro.
A média de atendimento semanal para os cabeleireiros caiu em um terço.
Segundo pesquisas, durante o período de fechamento dos salões, 84% dos profissionais solicitaram o auxílio emergencial do Governo Federal, no entanto, apenas 39% receberam o benefício. A pesquisa ainda aponta que 34% ficaram sem renda durante a quarentena.
* Como você e seu sócio Lucas Azevedo se reinventaram?
Germany: -Nós da L.A Beauty Concept, não tivemos uma caída significativa financeira, mantivemos estável nesse período porque nos reinventamos; Tivemos que comprar lavatório portátil, carrinho auxiliar ajustável, montamos um kit de produtos e ferramentas para atender nossos clientes em casa com todos os protocolos de segurança. Além disso fizemos vendas de produtos profissionais, fizemos venda antecipada de voucher de serviços com descontos para serem utilizados no momento de retomada dos salões, vendemos kits de coloração e todos os tipos de tratamentos.
* Você precisou reduzir valores dos seus serviços?
Germany: – Sim.
Consegui com alguns fornecedores o pagamento mais facilitado ou bonificação de produtos. Assim, conseguimos fazer promoções de serviços e agregamos vendas desses produtos para esses clientes com a opção de parcelamento.
* Falando um pouco sobre a retomada.
Germany: -Apostamos em mudanças que garantem segurança. Aproveitamos esse período que o salão não podia abrir para mudar o salão L.A Beauty Concept para um espaço físico maior, pois precisamos manter distanciamento entre uma cadeira e outra de um metro e meio. Esse foi um dos aspectos bem comentados e elogiados por nossas clientes.
Voltamos a atender em nosso espaço físico com hora marcada para evitar aglomeração e mantendo as medidas de segurança como uso de máscaras, disponibilização de álcool em gel e limpeza do ambiente entre um atendimento e outro e limitação de clientes no salão.
Continuaremos também com o atendimento domiciliar.
Germany: -O período de fechamento dos salões foi bem importante para me mostrar a fidelização e carinho de todos os nossos clientes com nossa equipe.
