Na minha opinião.. um bom desembargador é aquele que se preocupa com o ser humano , com buscar a verdade e com a justiça … atento ao julgamento rápido é justo ..
4- O que é preciso fazer para se tornar um desembargador?
Sou desembargador de carreira .. sou seja … entrei na magistratura em 1.991 … como juiz substituto .. depois fui provido para juiz de direito e aí … percorri todos os graus da carreira de juiz de direito … então … estudar muito … talvez esse seja o caminho
5- É necessário ter um mentor ?
Sempre bom ter um “mentor” … alguém que lhe dê bons conselhos .. lhe de fé e esperança ..mas .. é preciso ter foco e buscar a realização dos seus sonhos .. com fé e com Deus
6- Em que fase da sua vida nasceu o desejo de se tornar um desembargador ?
Depois de alguns anos como juiz de direito .. você se sente apto a se tornar desembargador e a buscar realização de outros objetivos jurídicos, tais como , por ex.. passar a atuar apenas nos recursos e nas análises de sentenças prolatadas pelos juízes do nosso Estado .
7- A frase “nunca é Tarde para Recomeçar” também se aplica nessa carreira ? Ou apenas jovens decididos conseguem alcançar esse sonho?
