A flexibilização da quarentena proposta pelo Plano São Paulo de combate à pandemia permitirá que a histórica Linha Turística do Bonde de Santos retome as atividades na semana que vem.
O passeio acontecerá de terça a domingo, das 11h às 17h, e seguirá uma série de protocolos sanitários para garantir a segurança de profissionais e passageiros.
Entre as medidas adotadas estão o uso de máscaras, distanciamento social, medição de temperatura e utilização de tapete sanitizante antes do embarque.
Com capacidade para 45 passageiros, os bondes são higienizados a cada passeio e disponibilizam álcool em gel disponibilizado gratuitamente durante a viagem.
Em uma viagem contemplativa pelo centro histórico da cidade, os bondes remanescentes dos séculos 19 e 20 percorrem 40 pontos turísticos de interesse histórico e cultural.
A partida acontece na Estação do Valongo, no prédio de 1867 que abrigou a primeira ferrovia paulista. O passeio é enriquecido pelas histórias narradas pelo guia de turismo.
Os veículos são originais, fabricados na Escócia, Portugal e Itália. Os motorneiros e condutores vestem réplicas do uniforme original de uma época em que os bondes reinavam absolutos.
Santos abriga o primeiro Museu Vivo Internacional de Bondes da América Latina.
Os ingressos custam R$ 7 e são vendidos na cafeteria do Museu Pelé (Largo Marquês de Monte Alegre s/nº). Para mais detalhes, basta acessar www.turismosantos.com.br.
