Em 1986 passou a exercer a responsabilidade de crescer a empresa Ezalpha Equipamentos de Incêndio, fabricante nacional de detectores e demais equipamentos da área citada.
Quando o Presidente da Republica abriu o mercado internacional para a possibilidade de Importação e exportação de produtos
em 1989 , ele criou a empresa Midas Engenharia , que faz obras desde a fundação até a construção de prédios e neste mesmo ano iniciou a Importação dos produtos de detecção do alarme de incêndio e combate diretamente da Inglaterra, passando a ser importador das melhores tecnologias mundiais.
Com o passar dos anos e depois de diversos acordos , iniciou a trajetoria de Importar os produtos de vários paises pelo mundo, de todos os continentes.
Em 2008, em uma carreira mais familiar criou a EzalphaMV que e responsável pela instalação de diversos e milhares de equipamentos para Proteção e Combate de
incêndio e com isto protegendo o patrimônio de diversos shoppings, hospitais, a fundação Roberto Marinho, o museu do futebol , a Cidade da Arte na Barra entre outros lugares de extrema importância.
Badin trabalha na area naval, OffShore , sendo assim um grande fornecedor de equipamentos.
Já no mercado de feiras ,Badin sempre participou nas principais tanto a de São Paulo como as poderosas internacionais, enriquecendo cada vez mais na sua área de incêndio.
Tornou a EzalphaMV uma referência Nacional de proteção contra incêndio, já ampliando a empresa e trabalhando, além da Detecção e alarme Contra Incêndio, na area de BMS , CFTV, Acesso e Segurança Patrimonial para a maior proteção dos acervos.
Paralelamente a Midas Engenharia obteve tambem o crescimento exponencial e criou a emprea especializada em manutenções prediais, hoje conhecida como M3 Engenharia.
O grupo do empresário Marcelo Badin fez grandes obras, como na Rocinha, o tradicional CER do hospital Miguel Couto e outros grandes empreendimentos públicos e privados.
Hoje em dia Marcelo Badin é um grande empresário na construção civil e incêndio, um nome de referência nacional e internacional com sua esmerada capacidade de criação e os melhores equipamentos.
