No cardápio criado pela chef Helena Murucci, o nhoque é a estrela da casa. São 12 tipos de nhoques 100% artesanais e 11 tipos de molhos
Entre as opções de nhoques: batata, batata baroa, aipim, batata doce, abóbora, ricota e espinafre, batata roxa, azeitona, bacalhau e funghi. Nas versões veganas tem banana da terra e polenta (a partir de R$19).
Nas sugestões de molhos, desde os tradicionais até as criações da chef, como: bolonhesa, ragu carne de panela, ragu de linguiça, molho bechamel, ragu de cordeiro, creme de queijo, molho de camarão com espumante e ragu de rabada. Entre as opções veganas, tem molho sugo, curry vegano e ragu de carne de jaca (a partir de R$17).
Os nhoques podem ser finalizados dentro do delicioso grana padano (R$12) ou com um irresistível queijo raclette derretido (R$12). Os dois modos são dignos de um clique instagramável.
Na dúvida de montar o prato, a seleção dos “Pratos da Nonna” é uma boa opção com diversas sugestões de pratos.
Para finalizar o cliente pode adicionar três opções de crispys: cogumelo (R$6), presunto cru (R$6) ou panceta (R$4)
